If you don’t love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your LASHVIEW products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is for you to return the item in its original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.
Only items purchased on www.lashvieweyelashes.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to LASHVIEW. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
- Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving your package.
- The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
- FINAL SALE: Any piece marked as ‘final sale’ is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

* We will refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the return, and the refund will be directly remitted to your payment account.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
